Cheecha is the name given by his sister, meaning in his native language, a child who is loud and noisy.
While working to help several thousand immigrants save their future and build professional lives in the U.S., cooking delicious meals was a passion and hobby of Cheecha’s founder. He became a culinary enthusiast with a passion for healthy cuisine following his diabetes diagnosis. He soon realized it was challenging to find places with fresh and healthy eating choices, particularly one that offered kabobs. This inspired him to bring Cheecha’s to life, a place that offers fresh, healthy meals using organic, grass-fed and antibiotic-free products combined with the finest spices in all of its premium chopped salads and mouth-watering kabobs.
After a change in his lifestyle and eating habits, he turned his cooking passion to creating his own recipes for healthy meals. He now spends most of his time in the kitchen working on new recipes for delicious kabobs, salads and home-made dressings. Choosing to live a healthy lifestyle is a personal decision, but Cheecha will continue to speak out to raise awareness among foodies of every opportunity available to live a healthier, happier life. He believes that it is the demand of today to have both delicious and healthy food options available to the public.
